The living room, kitchen/diner, master bedroom and bedroom 2 all benefit from stunning views of the sea and coastline so you can enjoy the scenery even when inside.
The spacious living room has a three-seater and two-seater sofa as well as two comfortable chairs to relax in by the window.
There is a TV with video and DVD player and wifi is available throughout the house.
The open plan kitchen/diner is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas oven and hob and integrated fridge.
There is a utility room off the back of the kitchen which has a washing machine, integrated freezer and microwave and also leads to a downstairs toilet.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms and a family shower room upstairs. The master bedroom has a double bed and a TV and an en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a TV and the third bedroom has a bunk bed.
A travel cot and high chair are available on request.
There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are included so you'll only need to bring your own towels for the beach!

Beaches
Cliff House is located a 5 minute walk away from Combesgate beach and Barricane beach. It's a 15 minute walk to Woolacombe and Woolacombe Bay, which has 3 miles of golden sands and was named winner of TripAdvisor’s Traveller Choice Beaches Awards in 2015.
The house benefits from a terrace with a picnic table and outside seating, from where you can enjoy the views and amazing sunsets.
